Although in the beginning the Adult and Tertiary Teaching 4 programme was a bit of a challenge for Steve, once he hooked into what was required, he really, really enjoyed it. He also believes if he hadn’t done the course, his workplace wouldn’t have provided him with so many opportunities for personal growth.
